Let’s see:
A person riding a bicycle was proceeding straight through a green light when a driver in an enormous truck ran over and killed her. That’s not clear?
The descriptions all note that the truck driver had the green light. But SO DID THE BICYCLIST! She had a green light and was proceeding straight through it. That should be a maneuver someone can do without fear of being killed. Of course we all know that’s not currently true in the United States. But Vision Zero. (pfft)
