The snow comes down in late October and doesn’t melt until late April so there is no slush to get on the drive train.

Dirt, funny thing is that I cleaned and lubed the drive train on Sunday after putting on the studded tires. Then gunked it up riding on Monday, so I’m sure the metal and the slush were very happy together yesterday.

rode it this morning (post and photos) and it was fine – one bridge at DCA had some suckage but I walked it fine.
