The route actually took me past three bridges. I just showed the two purdiest ones. The ones on my route were in Utica, Loys Station and Roddy/Roddy Creek.
Pay no attention to how slow I was. It was windy

I think it’s just always windy up there. The wind was brutal when we were there in February. Then it started snowing.
All in all a really great ride!

I love the variations on the 3 bridges ride. It is a lovely place to ride and there are some great roads out there.

Amen, Brother Fixie. Had we not gotten lost, we wouldn’t have met these fluffy ones.

I knew I should have taken that left turn at Albuquerque.
March 28, 2013 at 11:21 am #965842SteveParticipantA few pics from yesterday’s ride home. It was sunny on the So. Cap St. Bridge (where I was) and in Arlington (behind the clouds), but rainy in southwest DC. You can see the lines of rain coming down from the clouds.

Quick fix. I haven’t use toe clips since the 20th century, but I carry a toe strap. It comes in handy.
March 29, 2013 at 1:26 pm #966004DickieParticipantI stopped at the Apple store and picked up an OlloClip lens for my Iphone. The attachment gives you a wide angle, macro, and a really cool fisheye lens… took this shot on my commute home yesterday, works pretty well. *Warning: will not hide British teeth!

It was kinda fun when I passed an entire segway tour on the PA Ave cycletrack. The next week should be more spring-like during the day but still cold at night.
