They didn’t have habitat in this area when it was farm country; the lack of predators is the big factor, including hunters.

ParticipantAnyone know what happens to these yarn “bombs” after a couple of weeks in the weather? Are they just left to rot away or do the creators take them away before they get icky? I’m totally cool with the idea if it’s the latter.
I’ve always seen photos of them when they are first put up but have often wondered what happens after the photographers are gone. I don’t think I’ve seen one in person.
