Eads street bike lane is awesome. We took it to happy hour. An excellent multi-purposing of an overpaved street. Now if we could only figure out how to get around the pentagon…

Now that the Metro lines are done, I need a new goal for 2015 for places to visit in multiple trips. I’ve done the boundary stones twice and plan to bike the Beltway (initial route looks to be 110 miles). Any ideas?
I have had this very discussion with the BikeArlington people. Boulder B-Cycle actually has a Wall of Fame for cyclists who visit every station in 24 hours (my brother-in-law, Joel Gilbert, is pictured). There are about 75-80 stations in Arlington. I think it would be possible to do this in a long day. Of course, for it to really count, you should check a bike in and out at every station.
DC might be tougher.
