Do you know if this fundraiser is for real? If so, how do you know (sorry, fraud around times of crisis is normal). Is there a way to authenticate this?

Pretty sure it’s real. It has been in all the Baltimore papers. If it were fake, I think we’d have heard about it by now. That said, I’m not 100 percent sure.

Here’s link that has the address for the snail mail of the Educational Trust and trustee, if folks worried about scam internet stuff…

Road Bike Magazine found in the grocery store check-out lane, right next to Woman’s Day, People, Us, and Planters Peanuts.

I’m not quite sure how to feel right now.

Took this one underneath the 14th Street Bridge this morning. The icicles held on until I hit the showers at work this morning!

Tried to ride up the 11th st. hill on normal tires….it didn’t work. I got maybe halfway up (tried like 3 times) but once I stopped, it was impossible to get going again.

Hains Point this afternoon, looking towards the 14th Street Bridge and Rosslyn.

Please pardon the photography, just an iPhone picture…

Another week of this weather and you won’t need a bridge to cross the Potomac.

Fairly graphic sign in Sabino Canyon (north of Tucson). Alas, I was on foot.

Bikes were permitted before 0900 and late in the afternoon but it seems it would be a great place for an early ride.

I don’t understand what it’s saying–does the bridge end in a rock fall?
