The only potential way to get onto a team is to go to http://register.freezingsaddles.com and register. We are already oversubscribed this year, so even then you’ll be put on a waiting list, and will get onto a team only if a) people who registered don’t show up within the next few days, or b) people get injured.
However, we’ve had several people try to get onto a team by just joining its Strava club, even though they weren’t assigned to that team. That won’t work. It just causes extra work for the team captains, who then have to remove you from the Strava club. And it means you’re not doing the one thing that might get you onto a team–registering at http://register.freezingsaddles.com
