    The PAL trailer was all alone in Crystal City today promoting safety.

    It appeared to be moisture under the clear plastic that was making it look bad.

    Hi- whats a little more “rough” right now is the U- Lock, its totally stuck and we are going to have to cut it off! Ah- its quite the pickle!

    yes-we now have a “floating” trailer, that could be locked up different places in Arlington. Unfortunately, the trailer in crystal city is stuck, the lock is frozen (quite the pickle!). We are working on freeing it though! thanks for the shoutout!

    Give me the address and I can free it of the lock in about 10 seconds worth of effort…..;)
