    1/24/2022 My mom was sure I was going to be a boy want wanted to name me Christopher because she was going to discover America like Christopher Columbus…well it turns out I was a girl but the Christina still stood.

    My Junior High French teacher called us by French names similar to our English names. No French equivalent of “Kenneth” so she called me “Christophe” My rabbi/hebrew school teacher told me this was completely improper for a Jewish boy. I don’t think I ever told my teacher, I didn’t want the confrontation. ;)
