Not “me and my bike”, but I shot it, and it definitely involves a bike. Except for a few minutes on the bus trying to figure it out, this was the first time I used my new GoPro HD camera. I used it to capture a friend who was riding behind the bus (down Taiwan’s spectacular Taroko Gorge). So, here it is.

Just a bit of Friday fun I thought some here might enjoy.

    Cheers,

    Mark

I love how every once in awhile, in brief flashes, you can see the reflection of your helmet (or you holding your helmet) in the rear window…

Thanks, SQ. Tim, the whole thing was an accident, from beginning to end. I was actually standing in the back of the bus, putting on the camera on the helmet (for the first time) when I looked up and thought “Hey, I wonder how it’ll come out if I tried to film Mark on the way down?” So it’s kind of a mess, but it’s a fun mess. Glad I stuck with it (and that Mark stuck with us).

Cool, I visit Taiwan about every other year and would love to see any other Taiwan cycling-related videos posted here.
