Participanthello to the dev team!
first of all, love the new data screens that show the hours/miles/rides and streak. very fun to see that all in one place! 🙂
with the new update though, some of my rides have gone missing. they’re definitely still in strava. this was my data at 7:09pm tonight:
i briefly noticed a period where all of the today stats for the board overall were at 0, then once that was fixed, these are my stats now. looks like there’s rides that i no longer see when i go to the
/my/rides
page.if it helps, these are my rides on the leaderboard compared to strava. some of them are there, but i’m missing days 33-37 and 39 rides.
thank you for your assistance!

ParticipantYou appear to have a ride on day 33 that took 7 days. We can’t see the activity, but if you look in Strava, what does it show under “Elapsed Time”?
Can you use the Split activity (shows elapsed time) or Crop activity to remove the extra time?

Participantmy rides are back! but that one is very weird. it posted but then didn’t show up on my strava feed for a week, so i guess it was adding time there.
after splitting the activitiy, i have a 0 logged on day 33 but now the ride is listed as february 9. i’ll have to see how to get that date updated

Participantok i believe it looks correct on strava finally, although it hasn’t loaded into the site yet. i’ll give it a bit to see if it gets loaded in, hopefully there’s not a manual refresh required.
thanks for your help!

ParticipantHi there Tech Wizards,
I think I have a similar problem to Cindy in this thread. My 3/8 ride is no longer showing. My watch powered down while I was riding yesterday, so I saved my Garmin data as my ride (24.15m, FS25 Not frizzing…). This morning, as I headed out for today’s ride, I realized that my watch had ‘resumed’ yesterday’s ride. I ‘finished’ that ride (at 29m) but accidentally saved it instead of deleting it. Now that I’m home, I have deleted the Sat-to-Sun watch data from my strava activities, but the original Sat Garmin ride no longer shows on the FS site. It was there yesterday.
Sorry for my ineptness – hope there’s an easy fix!
Cheers, Fiona

ParticipantOK, I restored the screwed up ride, deleted the extra elapsed time and hey presto, fixed. Deleted the ride again for good measure.
