Picture gets real big if you click on it. It’s Tim’s fault basically (the one eating popcorn). When you upload a photo to the forum, the software makes it a tiny little picture that is really easy not to notice. The big pics you see on the forum are from pics already on the web that are simply embedded. I like the big pictures better but we dare not ask Tim to change any of the settings (he has too much popcorn butter on his fingers).
I hope that girl has finally caught her bus; I am sick of seeing her.
So, which was your favorite popcorn eating picture? Michael Jackson is such a classic.
But yeah, we’ll look into making the default thumbnail size larger. In fact……….

In all fairness, that girl is *clearly* not flipping you the bird but is, in fact, raising the roof. Even if you looked at that tiny little picture, you still wouldn’t make the connection.

ParticipantI have an expert witnesses. Mr. dasgeh (aka spouse of the “Arbitrator of ELITE”) was there and witnessed the whole confrontation. I conferred with Mr. dasgeh who concurred that she was clearly giving me the finger.

You should have asked the 2 year old. She’s the boss in our house.

There is a little trick you can do: once you’ve uploaded it you can then edit the post and embed the attachment since it is now a pic already on the web.

No license plate? Maybe they thought they could get away with it as long as they stayed out of the regular traffic lanes.

ParticipantI don’t mind being passed at all, especially when I’m slow (alhough in fairness to me I had slowed to the vehicular traffic coming out of the airport), but please don’t pass me while I’m passing a jogger on the MVT. I almost leapfrogged you a few feet later going up one of those really small hills, but decided I wasn’t in any rush.

Actually, by DC law, if his wheels are larger than 16 inches in diameter, he has an automatic transmission, he can’t go faster than 35 mph, and he has a piston displacement of less than 50 ccs, he is a “motorized bicycle” and can legally use the bike lane – even with a gas engine.

Virginia law from the Alexandria Local Motion site:
Definitions
A bicycle is defined as a device propelled solely by human power, upon which a person may ride either on or astride a regular seat attached thereto, having two or more wheels in tandem, including children’s bicycles except a toy vehicle intended for use by young children. A bicycle is a vehicle when operated on the highway.
A bike lane is defined as that portion of a roadway designated by signs and/or pavement markings for the preferential use of bicycles, electric power-assisted bicycles, and mopeds.
A shared use path is defined as a bikeway that is physically separated from motorized vehicular traffic by an open space or barrier and is located either within the highway right-of-way or within a separate right-of way. Shared use paths may also be used by pedestrians, skaters, users of wheel chair conveyances, joggers, and other nonmotorized users.Cycletracks are not separately defined, but apparently mopeds are allowed in bike lanes in Virginia.
