Lunch break rides around Dupont

I work in Dupont and would like to do a 30 min bike ride around the area during lunch. Are there any bike trails or routes that people recommend?

There are a ton of searchable routes that others have made on http://www.mapmyride.com/routes/? you can limit for length of ride, (I’m guessing a 30 min ride is going to be under 10 miles)
