I unfortunately lost a pannier (black/gray with a maroon timbuk2 bag inside) this morning on the Mt. Vernon trail at the overpass near DCA. I went back within about 10 minutes and it had already moved so hopefully someone found it to try to return. Please message me here if found. I will be forever in your debt!
