LBS with Ortlieb spare parts?

One of the side-release buckles on my Ortlieb waterproof pannier broke. I could mail order the replacement from Ortlieb, but it’s $9 shipping on a $5 part and I’d rather just cycle to a local bike shop.

Anyone know a shop in the DC area with a good selection of Ortlieb repair parts?

When I needed parts for my Ortlieb I never found them at a bike shop, but never looked very hard, as I needed several parts (I had really done a number on my pannier) so I just asked Ortlieb to send them.

 

It was an involved repair, including weaving, so I took the pannier and the parts to Old Town Luggage.  They did a great job.

I had the same problem with my Ortliebs, and I ordered the replacement(s) through Bikenetic in Falls Church (https://www.bikenetic.com/product/ortlieb-x-stealth-side-release-buckle-404944-1.htm).
