I’m excited to cordially invite you to our upcoming free Ladies’ Night in our Clarendon store this Wednesday, September 29 at 6:30pm.
I’ll be focusing on the advocacy and safety side of things, and why we want more women to ride bikes, and Katie Knight, our GM at our Georgetown store will discuss products, gear, etc.
In addition to free wine and snacks we’ve invited special guests (including women from WABA, FABB and ACPD), and we’ll be sharing the latest and greatest information and resources on women’s cycling. Our aim is to help reduce barriers to riding by sharing what we know about bike safety and women’s cycling advocacy as well as gear and products that are designed to keep women safe and comfortable.
We’ll also have local friends from Lululemon, Nova Pain and Rehab Center and Sisters 3 sharing what they know about how to keep you comfortable and healthy, as well. Our food has been graciously provided by Whole Foods and did I mention the food and wine are free? And there’s a free gift for all participants, as well. I’d love for folks to RSVP directly to me so we have a good count.
Thanks all! Pardon the shameless plug.
