Happened on Aug 3, 15, 18, 26(Friday last week). Photo and video at the link.

“The man is described as white or Hispanic, in his 30s, athletic build and approximately 5’5” to 5’11” tall. On one occasion, the suspect wore a yellow vest. The suspect has also been identified wearing dark colored jogging attire and a head wrap, in some instances.”
