Indecent exposure incidents at the W&OD in Reston/Fairafx County Parkway Trail

“The man is described as white or Hispanic, in his 30s, athletic build and approximately 5’5” to 5’11” tall. On one occasion, the suspect wore a yellow vest. The suspect has also been identified wearing dark colored jogging attire and a head wrap, in some instances.”
