    Not sure why they are enforcing the rules now, but if you take a look at the Park Compendium on the NPS site it lists specific areas where cycling is prohibited on the roadways, on page 12.

    I’ve created a map for you, if you’re more visual, although it lacks the Potomac Heritage Trail.
