It was Highline on Crystal Drive. I attended, by metro, because it was in the middle of TRB, I was in a suit and tie (this was my last in person TRB) I intend to attend TRB in person this year, for the first time since then. I am not quite sure how formal I will be this year, and whether I will metro or bike from DC. We do what we need to do.

Maryland Meadworks in Hyattsville MD is happy to host the closing Happy Hour and waive their usual private party rental fees as long as cyclists order some drinks (with or without alcohol) ������

I’m planning on coming! Denizens in Silver Spring might be an option for the spring happy hour, when I helped plan an event they didn’t charge us a fee or have a food/drink minimum.

I’m in! The venue couldn’t be much easier for me . I was surprised to see it happening this close to me, & a li’l concerned about the Marylanders.

I was surprised to see the HH this close to me, though, & a li’l concerned about the Marylanders. I hope we can find a more centrally located venue for the closing HH. Having said that……

I LOVE MD Meadworks and I hope we have multiple gatherings there in the daytime! I can’t imagine making it all the way there & back at night, though, so I probably wouldn’t come if it were there – as much as I I appreciate Rumi’s offer [emoji177]

Yay! I know what I will be wearing!

Dilemma – I want to remain the top ‘rater’ of MM meads on Ratebeer, but don’t want to spend time at FSHH typing into my phone (and I have to enter them into the RB database, because RB is not nearly as popular as Untappd). Solution – ride to MM sometime before that and try to rate EVERYTHING on tap that I haven’t yet rated.
