I opted out of being a captain. I will probably participate every day, but I am not a Strava expert, and I will only be entering data manually, so I figured I would leave the team captaining to someone who could actually answer a question or solve a problem.

Maybe I should have mentioned this earlier- but every Strava Athlete has a “Athlete Number” that is used for tracking purposes- Ron might need that for development. To find your Strava ID go to profile and look at the URL:

My current plan is to manage it via the club interface. We’ll create a new club for each team (FreezingSaddles A-???), and participants will join their assigned club.
