Feb 21 is National Caregivers Day. Dementia is a terrible disease and people who take care of those afflicted with it are absolute angels. According to their website, Silverado offers virtual tours that simulate what it’s like to have dementia to help people understand the kinds of roadblocks people with dementia face.

Feb 22 is National Margarita Day and who am I to say no to that? After ChristoB50’s awesome National Cathedral tour, a group of us toddled on over to Cactus Cantina to recharge and quench our thirst.

Actually, I also found that one to be dubious, but didn’t call it out until now.

Not only was yesterday National Margarita Day, but it was also National California Day. The National Cathedral has several locations displaying all the state seals. Here I am at one of them.
