First snow of the season

Ok I pulled the trigger on some Nokian Hakkeplitta A10s. I feel like KelOnWheels, anxiously waiting for my new winter stuff. Also, not sure I am saving any money over car commuting.

I gotta see to those new brifters and get my derailleur working properly this weekend. One of these days I’ll have time to go test ride new bikes

I got some Nokkian studded tires on CL last month and they came with this hard rubber bulb. Neither the seller nor I were sure what it is. Anyone?

Does it attach to a tool that you can use to replace missing studs?

It is a Finnish winter helmet decoration. Screw it to the top of your helmet behind your headlight.
