    On the C&O this afternoon I passed a guy pushing a double wide baby stroller packed with gear. He said he was walking across the country!

    I saw the Dog sled guy a couple of weeks ago with a new puppy he seemed to be training. He’s up to 3 (2 1/2?) dog power now.

    I finally saw dogsled guy! He was coming up the Virginia Lane hill on the W&OD while I was going down on the road. For which I’m grateful, because I”m not entirely sure what I would have done if I had encountered all those dogs on that narrow stretch of trail.

    He was on w&od yesterday afternoon. 2 dogs rollerblades.

    This may be repeating the content of Dirt’s photo that started this thread, but I saw him & dogs a few weeks ago on the CCT singletrack between the toll road and the W&OD. That was crazy! (Yeah, the dogs are very well trained; when he realized I was behind him he gave the dogs some instructions and they pulled over to the side of the trail so I could roll past.)

    Finally spotted the legend this morning on top of Virginia Lane crossing 66… apologies for the blurry picture but I don’t posses Dirt’s camera skills yet!

    I think he usually does (or he has been when I’ve seen him). Though I think it is not via a seat. I believe it has standing room more akin to a razor scooter.
