Came upon very sad scene yesterday morning on MVT IVO the power plant. Six or eight folks (cyclists, runners, walkers) tending to an unconscious cyclist in the middle of the trail. Hats off to them, as they were doing everything right: 911 called, alternating individuals doing the CPR compressions as arms tired to keep up the strength and cadence, asking each person who subsequently came upon the scene if they were “medical”, watchers posted on the nearest street to guide first responders to the scene (really important when incident is on a trail rather than a street), etc. The gentleman has been in my thoughts since then. Wondering if anybody knows if he made it.
