According to a commenter on Popville, a hit-and-run driver killed a cyclist on P St. close to Massachusetts at 3 a.m.

Fox 5 tweeted (x’d?) that the cyclist was in critical condition. I haven’t seen any update. https://twitter.com/fox5dc/status/1690305998139834368
