    Yes, every news report has prominently featured that he was not wearing a helmet.

    More evidence as to why we need something akin to a completed ICC trail. There are no good E-W routes in Eastern Montgomery County. Randolph Road, a very high stress and apparently deadly road, is the “best” current option.

    Has anyone seen any follow-up to this story? I haven’t seen identification of the cyclist who was killed.

    “Update: November 21, 2018: The bicyclist is identified as Jaimie Roberto Diaz Caceres, age 47, of the 2300 block of Weisman Road in Silver Spring.”
