Close pass to get to a red light

I had just left my house this morning heading up Cherry St and had a close up look at a Volvo’s paint job.

This guy cut it pretty close to me with an oncoming vehicle. His reason for not observing a 3 foot rule? He didn’t want to wait for me. Good thing he rushed too, because there was a big backup at the light with Hillwood.

You’re right, it’s not captured in the clip I posted. The car passed right before this clip started.

Here’s a couple seconds before the original clip. Looking at it the other car may have passed already before he started his passing maneuver. Or the oncoming car may have been right next to him.
