The Arlington County Fair is coming up, and the BikeArlington & WalkArlington teams are looking for a few volunteers to join us at the Fair once again. We will be there sharing stories, information, and spreading the word about how great biking and walking in Arlington can be.
The fair will have a free bike valet and we are bringing back our Electric Ride Experience with e-bikes and scooters for people to try out. We had a lot of fun at the fair last year and we are sure this year will be fun too!
We need your excellent local knowledge and enthusiasm to make it happen. Many of you have been such an awesome help at the County Fair in previous years and it would be great to have you once again, or for the first time, to offer your knowledge and hands-on teaching of our electric mobility devices. If you’re interested, click the link to sign up for a volunteer shift. We’ll have you covered with snacks, water, and materials to share. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions or comments. Note that on Sunday, we just need help tabling outdoors, not giving test rides.

Date(s): Various times on Friday August 19, and Saturday August 20 for the Electric Ride Experience. Tabling outdoors only for Bike & Walk on Sunday, August 21.
Location: Thomas Jefferson Community Center, 3501 Second St. South. (There will be free bike valet parking at the Tennis Court Practice Wall)
