As you may have heard, this Saturday WMATA is shutting down all silver and orange line stations in Fairfax County for the rest of the summer. In addition, the Fairfax Connector has suspended about 40 [emoji590] routes and has reduced service on others “until further notice.”
In light of this, FABB is seeking volunteers who can help people find bike routes to work or wherever they need to go. If you would like to help, please email info@fabb-bikes.org or click on “contact” in the upper right hand corner of FABB’s website, https://fabb-bikes.org and leave a message that you would like to be a bike mentor. Also let us know what part of the county you are most familiar with.
