Blizzard Pointless Prize for January 23rd!

Just wanted to leave a reminder that I am offering a pointless prize for the person who rides the most miles on Saturday the 23rd between the hours of 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. The ride has to occur in the Washington/Baltimore metropolitan area. The prize(s) will be awarded at the final happy hour. Happy riding and be safe!

What constitutes riding? Does the rider have to be astride the saddle? And what is a bicycle? Can I strap a frame and wheels to my back and go cross country skiing?

Not surprisingly, it looks like Rod Smith is currently in the lead with 6.2 miles.

Riding means riding; skiing means skiing; carrying means carrying; couch surfing means couch surfing. . . .

So is this limited to a single ride or total miles for the day? I’m sure I won’t win but I will be doing additional rides today.

The most miles between 6 am and 6 pm, so yes, can be multiple rides within that time frame. Go for it!
