Bikes for visiting family

Guessing not, but can a person do something in their account to get (pay for) multiple bikes? Or does every bike need its own credit card? One of the riders would be a teen who doesn’t have a credit card. Probably verboten as well, but he is taller/better rider than most of the adults in the group.
