A couple of observations.

Falls Church City’s BTWD pit stop is both AM and PM, so if you are outbound on the W&OD on Friday, pay a visit. Or if you can’t make an AM pit stop…
Also, the Herndon stop is hosting an afternoon party

Wait! Just found this page which lists all the stops, including the afternoon ones (Falls Church, Herndon, College Park, Columbia Heights, Port Towns).
