I thought this might be interesting for those who commute to DC as I do. I found this yesterday after my parking garage attendant hassled me about riding my bike down the ramp to the garage (they want me to walk it down, in traffic wearing cleats). It seems there are a host of regulations that favor us bicycle commuters who want to park our bikes in the garage.
