    So… as I was working on a few of the pointless prizes today it occurred to me – I have one to toss into the pot! I like to call it multitasking, or #FS17allthethings

    What is the way to earn this prize? Why, simply pile on as many pointless prize pursuits in one ride as possible! You will get points for:

    1. It being your FIRST (or only) ride of the day.
    2. For each pointless prize pursued (i.e. photo contest, beerneuring, etc.)
    3. BONUS points if you can document it all in one photograph!

    How do entries need to be received? Upload your photo to Instagram and use #FS17allthethings. You must also list every pointless prize pursuit in the same caption! I cannot keep track of all of the pointless and count them up myself.

    Example, which is also the inspiration: This morning, I rode my bike to a local bakery wearing spiffy socks and took a picture of them with my bike (#bafs2017sockgame). I bought what looked like a yummy donut, took a picture of it, and wrote a review after eating it (#fs17doughneuring). It was also my first ride of the day (bonus point). I posted a picture of it on Instagram, though I didn’t put it all in one photo (oops, missed out there). Also, by using #bafs2017, I entered it in the Freezing Saddles photo competition!

    That’s… oh… about 3 points, since I didn’t get both the socks and the doughnut in one picture.

    Of course, there’s always a bit of randomness for style and skill. If I really like how you’ve composed your photo, or the manner in which you’ve been able to pursue more than one pointless prize at once, I will give you bonus points!

    The point is… how many contests can you pursue simultaneously?

    REMEMBER to use #FS17allthethings AND include the names of every contest in your photo caption on Instagram!

    I just edited my FCC Instagram photo from this morning with #fs17allthethings and documented 5 things.
    Including a pretty nice sock.

    All, did I mention what the prize would be? I don’t think any other prize would be more perfect than…. a multi-tool! You will just have to wait to see what kind of multi-tool it is, but I promise that it will be useful and legit. :D

    Sockneuring, coffeeneuring/coffeecatting, and doneuring in one prior to beerneuring. Donut was a run of the mill chocolate glazed Dunlin’ Donuts variety with a black decaf coffee. Nothing special but there are those cool socks. Beer was a Port City Porter, a favorite of mine. And there was a social butterfly element too.     Hey folks! I have added up the points for this prize. However, I just noticed that Instagram has blocked recent photos under my hashtag #fs17allthethings because of questionable content… Must be Steve O’s warming climate entry… ;)

    What this means: if you posted something to the hashtag #fs17allthethings, it may not be there anymore. CHECK IT. I see Steve O’s three photos, but no others on Instagram. Kwarkentian, I see your entries on this thread. Repost any post you think is missing on this thread instead.

    Deadline to right any errors: Friday March 31st at noon. Let me know if there are any issues.
