Sunyata has the list that shows which forum name goes with which Strava name. So if you tell her who has signed up for your Strava club, she can tell you which ones are missing (and give you their e-mail addresses to follow up).

I sent forum messages to my team members (#21) and have 6 signed up on Strava, 2 others acknowledged my message, however AlexBikeCommute informed me that she has a new job and wants to withdraw from BAFS this year. I have not heard from Williampp3, jdaniel226, jwiedcycle. Could you send me their emails please.

Team 6 has two who have not yet signed up for our Strava club, but I’ve already contacted them by PM, e-mail, Strava invitation, and comment on one of their Strava rides. So I don’t think I need help yet, but they will have no excuse if they don’t show up shortly.

So far Team 3 has the lead in the “team members who don’t realize they have to join their strava club and contact me to find out why they’re not on the leaderboard anymore” prize. Though, admittedly, I haven’t coordinated this with sunyata, hozn, jrenaut, or others likely to be getting “Hey, where’d I go?!” emails and PMs.

I contacted her on Facebook. That’s what I had to do last year to get her on board. But she was a good teammate once we found her.

She says she is playing. I gave her the URL for your Strava club, and she has now joined.
