I’ve been having issues with my knees on and off for a few years now which I don’t think are related to bike fit but related to knee damage from crashes, skate boarding, etc. Are there any physical therapists in the area that cater towards cyclists and if not, can anyone recommend one that is good for knee/leg/hip/ankle therapy?

You could try Rose Physical Therapy. They cater to sports in general, run workshops for DC Tri Club and other groups in the area, and periodically have a free virtual injury screening if you check their Facebook or EventBrite page (in pre-pandemic times it was in-person every so often at a Pacers monthly group run).

I can recommend Gabrielle Czaja on Connecticut Ave, NW. She is a cyclist (not so much right now) and I saw her last year for my much abused knees.

I got a bike fit by Smiley and he suggested I see Stella Emsellem of Hands on Osteopathic Healthcare in Chevy Chase for my hip issues.

I haven’t gotten a chance to go due to covid, so I can’t comment on results…
