We will be joined by guest speakers: Katy Lang, Program Manager, WalkArlington; Emily Gage, Executive Director, Phoenix Bikes; and Champe Burnley, President, Virginia Bicycling Federation (VBF), as well as Lieutenant Mike May (APD) and Ms. Alex Carroll (City of Alexandria Complete Streets planner).
