I could use your help with the Old Town Bike Ambassador Campaign. We will have signs that will encourage cyclists to stop at the stop signs on Union Street. With just a few hours of your time we can show our residents we are working to improve better cycling and improve safety of our pedestrians.
Last October on each Thursday WABA sponsored a bike ambassador campaign on Union Street. BPAC members helped with the message to obey the stop signs. We found it effective and it was received well by our Old Town residents and pedestrians. BPAC then ran its own campaign last April. We feel it is the right time to reach out to our fellow cyclists again. Please help BPAC make this program a success. Put it on your calendar please.
