ACPD to Ticket More Cyclists

Arlington County Police are doing “Safety Details” on Lee Highway and Columbia Pike. Though these efforts are supposed to address unlawful behavior by drivers, cyclists and pedestrians, cyclists always seem to get the disproportionate share.
