    Article about the 9/11 trail which uses mostly existing trails & roads, although unfortunately, I did not see any links to maps, or route sheets, etc.

    Roughly 1,300 miles in length, the trail system connects three 9/11 memorial sites in New York City, Washington D.C. and Shanksville, Pennsylvania.

    I also saw a posting recently for trail planner to help push building trail segments for the route portions that are currently on road. Since the New York to DC portion is the same as the East Coast Greenway, I’d imagine that this position will focus mostly on building out Pennsylvania trails.
