Starts at Freedom Plaza at 630PM or so (targeted roll out time is 7PM) on Wednesday May 21 (3rd Wednesday of May per usual, but due to the calendar it’s after BTWD this year).

Freedom Plaza in DC – start time listed as 6:30PM with a targeted rollout time of 7PM. End point will be the US DOT HQ on M SE. It’s on the traditional 3rd Wednesday of May but is happening after BTWD due to the calendar.
