2/20 – The Air Force Memorial consist of three MATCHing stainless steel spires that soar into the sky from the promontory reaching a heights of 402 feet above sea-level.

I found this great tree on the Bluemont Junction trail. Looks like a nice climbing tree for young kids, with its low strong almost horizontal branches!
I also really like its symmetry – look how nicely the 2 sides of it match!
2/10/2024 match
“Game, set, MATCH” is a term used by tennis players to indicate that the final point of a match has been played.
On my last Night here, I wanted to make sure to capture something quintessentially Vegas. Alas, the pervasive slot machines, where the games usually involve some sort of MATCH of characters or symbols.
What surprised me is how they are everywhere, including at the airport, ready to play right when you step off the plane.
This particular one was in a Smiths grocery store, equivalent to a Harris Teeter in our area.

2/21/24 Build
The Seattle Space Needle was built for the 1962 World’s Fair and, at 605 feet, was the tallest structure west of the Mississippi. At the top is a rotating observation deck and a restaurant.
2/21/24 – BUILD
Las Vegas is working hard to BUILD their Pro Sports cred, and as quickly as possible. Starting with the Golden Knights in 2017, to the Aces and Raiders a few years later. They’re also grabbing Oakland’s other pro team, the As, next year and possibly getting a basketball team after that!
