3/1 – Forty
I cut through the woods on tonight’s ride and found these two containers propped up: 16 oz can of Monster and 24 oz bottle of Corona. Somebody was having a good ol’ time with 40 oz of liquid!

The Masonic influence in the founding of this country is pretty well established. But there are some pretty big URBAN legends surrounding secret symbols and meanings. (Just read Dan Brown’s not-great book “The Lost Symbol” for about a hundred of them). One of the most enduring URBAN legends is that L’Enfant (a Mason) included Masonic symbols in the layout of DC. Specifically that there is a Pentagram that makes an arrow pointing to the White House (the fifth vertex), with the arrow beginning at the Masonic Temple up 16th street.
This photo shows the Masonic Temple at the start of the arrow, and my ride recreating this mystical Pentagram with my Garmin.
