It’s certainly been true at least the last couple of years. I actually provided a link to last year’s post on the subject. (And since I did registration, I would know.) We allowed only veterans to be slackers.

well i know i’m hoping that doesn’t happen again. turns out getting hit by a car sucks. though it did move me into tied for 3rd place in the london bridge comp…

I will be nominating myself for the Slackers team this year as I have some goals to work towards at the end of the year and I need to remain focused on them. As such, I do not feel that I can contribute materially to a team like I have the past few years.

I’ll still come out to happy hours though!

So, is this bike allowed in Freezing Saddles? I’m sure we should be debating a new rule covering it!

It was cold at the top of the hill today too!
