No, but it bears repeating.

ParticipantTrying to do the math on hitting Diamond…going to be close, but as long as my riding habits don’t alter dramatically, I’ll make it. Of course, I’m sure I’ll have put in all that effort only to not win anything. But on a more positive note, I just hit 4k miles for the year, so I think 5k for the year should be doable.

Participant…doing the math on hitting diamond…
Just double your current riding. You’ll be fine.

ParticipantAs of today, if you continue to log points at the average pace you have through the first four months and nine days you will make:
Gold (750) if you have 647 points
Platinum (2500) if you have 2155 points
Diamond (5000) if you have 4310 pointsSeptember 10, 2013 at 12:37 am #980721dbb
ParticipantWarning – Geek Alert!

Attached is a graph showing the distribution (percentage) of the various award levels for Bike Arlington, Gainesville, Bike Commuter Cabal and San Diego Cyclists. Those three teams were selected because Gainesville is the only team ahead of us and the Cabal and San Diego are the only other teams in the top 10 that have under 100 members.
Note that BikeArlington is skewed to the platinum and diamond levels (as is San Diego) with voids or near voids at the not yet bronze or bronze levels.
While Gainesville has more members, they are dominating BikeArlington in the lower award levels.
End Geek Alert

Find a local shop and do a test ride as well. Might as well experience something new!
