ParticipantLooks like you have to upload from a file. 900 points left for the 5000 marker. I better step it up a bit.

ParticipantLooks Like Endomondo is aware of the upload issues specifically with Garmin devices and are working up a solution/fix today. It should be resolved by the end of day Friday. Here is the link on their Forum:

ParticipantJust took a look at the data through today (about 90 minutes ago)
We have seven team members who have logged miles almost every day (missing five or fewer days) between 1 May and 22 Aug. The BikeArlington Energizer Bunny award goes to Dickie Sewell who has logged miles every day
Dickie Sewell 0 days without miles
Tom LePore 1 days
Rod Smith 3 days
jeff lemieux 4 days
Steve Eunpu 4 days
Tim Kelley 4 days
Shawn Dread 5 daysOf particular note is the fact that Rod Smith, Steve Eunpu and Tom LePore show no sleaze rides (which I define as having ridden 2 or fewer miles in a day). Note I have nothing against short rides and I have logged my fair share of them in my personal quest for the 20 daily points.
This is based on my extract of the team results and I may have missed someone. If so, sorry.
Kudos to these hard chargers!

ParticipantThe Endomondo site refused to save the workout when I used the “import from Garmin” feature tonight. When I used the “import from file” it worked fine.

ParticipantThey better fix that Garmin issue. I’ll have 350+ miles to import from the past week when I finish my Erie Canal ride on Sunday!

Some of us call them “rides to the grocery store” or “rides to take the kids to the park”. Nothing sleazy about using the bike for real transport.

At noon today, for the first time since Monday morning, Endomondo let me import directly from the Garmin (although it now wants to re-import all the rides I upload manually).

And I hadn’t even added my miles for the 8/21 or 8/22!

ParticipantBeen a week since I used the upload from Garmin/File, but I noticed something new today. An ugly pull down menu for the type of activity. But hey, it works so I shouldn’t be complaining.

ParticipantEveryone get their miles posted yesterday before midnight? I finished 10 hours of pedicabbing last night around 10 pm, and before coming home and getting food/beer/shower/sleep I made sure I inputed my 46 miles.

I put in 40 yesterday while in Canada but was unable to log until today, it looks as if the miles somehow counted but not sure how to check for sure.

They show in the team leaderboard, so you look to be continuing your streak of consistency! Maybe the closeout at the end of the month is actually a memory of the feature from last year.

Attached are the team scores from a few minutes ago. As others log miles, the numbers might change a bit.
It is important to note that in terms of team points and points per member, BikeArlington All Stars has consistently been in the top two nationally (Gainesville for team points and San Diego for points per member are the others). Green shading shows the top three in each category.
Note that the team has a moving average of just under 1,000 miles per day and has logged over 118,000 miles during the competition (that is almost 7,000 laps around the Arlington Loop!)
Weather is getting nicer, back from vacation, kids back in school – time to ride!
