The pace usually averages out around 15mph. We do have a few regroup spots along the route, and the ride is a no drop ride.

Team 8, I’m Ted. I live in the Beacon Hill area of Alexandria. I ride to work most days, and I co-lead the Saturday morning shop ride from Conte’s in Old Town.

I met Chris, Kellie and Mike tonight at the happy hour. Who else is out there?

Finally got to put my commute on the metro this morning. I have some kinks to work out with the timing, but I’m sure I’ll have more energy today than I would if I was riding all 18 miles in.
