So your friend should be able to review terms and sign up for API keys shortly. There’s also a developers@strava.com email address set up, but I don’t think the guy running the API here does a great job of responding to emails. My update from Strava.

ParticipantI’ve reached out through some back channels to see if we can get access to Strava’s API. (Friend of a friend kinda thing). No guarantees.

Vint* doesnt do panels. He just keynotes and reads poems.
So he’s just speaking the keynote for the event, not taking part in the panel.

He also works for Google now (“Google’s Chief Internet Evangelist”), although I’m not exactly sure what he does for them.
He did much the same thing when he was at Worldcom, eating by himself in the cafeteria.

ParticipantThough I think they really need Vint Cerf and Latif Ladid on that panel too.

And…… cycling on the Delaware shore is a business expense????
That’s the benefit of “working remotely.” I can define “remote” to be anywhere I have reliable internet access. I haven’t been able to convince the wife that I should work from Pau, or Grenoble, Bormio or Tolmezzo…

Turns out that some people ride bikes, but not to work.
Working from home makes every bike ride a commute.
