I designed that wine rack in the picture for my 1948 Raleigh wich has a straight horizontal cross bar. There are some brackets underneath the leather so it holds a tube tightly so you can put it on an angle, but either way it won’t slide around. I use mine a couple of times a week and it’s never moved around.
