    Well fav color is blue and both my Trek road bike and Felt cycle cross have blue in them. Enjoy the rockcreek rides and ‘dem hills!

    yes the mask is being pushed for those in MMA fighting. Hoever, the company is reaching out as it does make sense. Go to Youtube, its pretty effective. I am becoming a believer!

    Sometimes I find pain to be an indicator of “too much, too soon” — if I was inactive for a period of time due to illness or any other reason, I usually have to ramp back up much more slowly than I would like.

    Agree with Liz and the others. I add cross training during the return. It works for me.

    went out late this afternoon and was shocked how strong the wind was. Didnt realize it out in the open!
